Harry’s cookers have a special split pan support in stainless steel and a deep drawn tray with rounded corners under the cooking hob.
The four 9,60 kW double crown burners and the stainless steel pan support make it very easy to move pans over the entire surface of the cooking hob.
The tray under the hob for collecting liquid and cooking residue has a system for water filling and emptying.
The water avoids hardened deposits and makes cleaning simple and quick.
