All gas models come with a capacious overflow moulding and oil collection pull-out tray for maximum hygiene and practical use.
The top is in extra thick special molybdenum steel that does not deform even at high temperatures and ensures gradual heat distribution for modulating cooking.
The temperature limiting device provides constant heat and considerable energy savings. 10,40 kW burners.

Either electric plates and electric solid tops have a capacious radius collecting channel for liquids overflowing and solid tops are also supplied with an oil collecting tray.
Each hotplate, either of 2,6 kW, is controlled by a 4-position knob.
Solid tops have a thick chrome-molybdeno plate with 4 heated zones with its own indipendent controls and 10 kW heating element.
All models are supplied with termic limiter device for an always constant temperature and a considerable energy saving.
