They have been designed and made for best management of the storage and proving stages in confectionery, pastry and bakery workshops, where work must be organised efficiently to save time and running costs.
The structure, formed by 60 mm thick panels of white skin plate steel, is fully modular, meaning that space or lack of it is no problem.
The floor is in very strong 60 mm thick phenolic resin with stainless steel entry ramp for trolleys and internal bumper bars in shockproof aluminium.
The cycle is controlled by a simple, user-friendly electronic card, which offers the possibility of extremely flexible use as it can store up to 5 programs with a temperature range between -10 and + 40°C. Humidity in the cabinet is generated by an electronic humidifier and is managed directly by the same electronic card.The cabinets come with a remote condenser unit and connecting kit 10 metres (except for models CL1/..).
